THE SCOOP

-

 Hi, I’m Erin

I'm a Senior Product Designer and creative strategist fueled by a constant desire to understand what makes humans tick. I'm a shameless people watcher and love to witness everyday interactions as they unfold. Observing the grocery store checkout, someone meeting a friend for drinks at the neighborhood bar, a customer walking into the store for the first time - these scenarios all drive me to question what could make their experience even better?

Drawing from an interdisciplinary design background that includes work in product design and architecture, I'm passionate about designing integrated brand & cultural experiences that blend seamlessly across touchpoints. I believe that technology can be a powerful tool for good and enjoy exploring human behaviors to better understand what drives us to connect with companies and each other.

TRIPCENTS

 — 2018

Tripcents aproached our team in the fall of 2018 in an interesting position for a young startup. At 18 weeks on the market, their app had reached over 100,000 downloads, a great marker for early stages of an app. They were struggling, however, to convert users to the core purpose of the app - saving for travel. Daily usage rates were steady but conversions rates for users to sign up for a savings account were discouraging, hovering around 2%…

Looking to make an impact in the local furniture scene, Denver Modern entered the market in December of 2017, with a big challenge on their hands. As a startup, they needed awareness to build their brand, but lacked some of the digital tools to do so. They also faced two other hurdles that most beginners do - time and money....

TRES BIRDS WORKSHOP, DENVER, CO

Lon and Lauren McGowan, of Boulder’s Alpine Modern, approached Tres Birds Workshop in the fall of 2015, with a problem any entrepreneuring couple would kill for. In the course of only a few years, the dynamic duo had launched a quarterly publication, retail shop and cafe, all with resounding success. Their growing business however, was becoming constrained in their existing shop, completed just the year prior...
